📜 Terms & Conditions

At Mischa’s Miniature Bazaar, many of the products and services offered are bespoke, made-to-order, or service-based. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to get in touch prior to placing an order.

📸 Photography Services

Photography services are charged based on time, planning, and creative work.

  • Clients are present during the photography session and are involved in the positioning, composition, and overall direction of the shoot.

  • Reasonable post-production adjustments can be requested if there are minor issues with the delivered images.

  • Refunds are not offered once a photography session has taken place, as the service provided is time-based and completed during the session itself.

🛠️ 3D Printing Services

All 3D printed items are produced to order.

  • If a print has a significant defect caused by an error during printing or preparation, I will arrange a reprint.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind, file selection issues, or design preferences once printing has begun.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted files and specifications are correct prior to printing.

🖌️ Commission Painting & Custom Work

Commissioned artwork is custom and created specifically to the client’s brief.

  • Clients are involved in the planning and approval process, and progress updates are provided throughout the project.

  • Payments are structured around agreed milestones and reflect work completed at each stage.

  • Once a commission has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

  • If a final payment is not completed, I reserve the right to retain and resell the finished piece in order to recover materials and labour costs.

🗿 Figurines, Busts & Physical Products

Physical products are sold in original packaging and may be limited or one-of-a-kind.

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me promptly so that an exchange can be arranged where possible.

  • If an exchange is not available, store credit may be offered.

  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
